Comprehensive Participant Consent, Release, and Confidentiality Agreement

I, the undersigned participant, hereby agree to participate voluntarily in the program known as "Party Yarshow " (hereinafter referred to as the "YarShow"). By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge, agree, and covenant as follows:

1. Consent to Recording, Use of Likeness, and Intellectual Property Rights

I grant the organizers, producers, licensees, assigns, and successors (collectively, the "Producers") the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and unrestricted right to record, film, photograph, videotape, and capture my voice, image, likeness, name, and performance during the Program. I further grant the Producers the unlimited right to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, broadcast, transmit, sublicense, and otherwise exploit such recordings and all derivatives thereof in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, including advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation or notice to me.

2. Waiver and Release of Claims

I hereby irrevocably waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Producers and their affiliates, employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, actions, causes of action, or suits of any kind or nature, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of rights of publicity or personality, or any other personal or proprietary rights arising out of or in connection with the use of my likeness or participation in the Program. This release applies globally and includes claims under any applicable laws, including but not limited to those of British Columbia, Canada, and any international jurisdictions.

3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

I agree to keep confidential all information relating to the Program, including but not limited to content, production details, participant identities, scripts, unpublished footage, and other proprietary information. I shall not disclose, discuss, or reveal any such information to any third party, in any form, through any media or platform, including but not limited to social media, prior to the official public release or broadcast of the Program.

4. Compliance with Program Rules and Conduct

I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully during the Program and to abide by all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the Producers. I accept full responsibility for my behavior and understand that any violation of rules or misconduct may result in my immediate removal from the Program without any right of appeal or compensation.

5. Termination or Removal from the Program

The Producers reserve the sole discretion to remove me from participation at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, and without prior notice. I acknowledge and accept that such removal constitutes termination of my participation and that I shall have no claim or recourse against the Producers in such an event.

6. No Compensation or Financial Claims

I acknowledge and agree that my participation in the Program is voluntary and that I shall receive no financial compensation, payment, or royalties now or in the future related to the Program or the use of my likeness or performance.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, and I hereby consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

8. Entire Agreement and Severability

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior negotiations or agreements. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Acknowledgment of Understanding

I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement carefully, fully understand its terms, and have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice if I so choose. I sign this Agreement voluntarily and with full knowledge of its legal consequences. *** Commitment Regarding Media Content *** We hereby undertake to provide YarShow with all media materials (including videos, photographs, and teasers) in their entirety, without any omission. Furthermore, we agree not to use any of these materials in any form or on any platform without prior written consent from the owners of YarShow. The exclusive right to use and exploit all such media materials shall remain solely with the owners of YarShow.
